Hello Maplephiles,

Just before my family left town for Spring Break, we watched Three Men and a Little Lady. They had watched Three Men and A Baby when I was out of town, so I was treated to the sequel. I am not sure I ever planned to see this film, and let’s just say I think one time will be just fine.

The Little Projectionist and I have been watching lots of Family Guy episodes. I am not sure it’s appropriate for him, but it’s too late. The funny thing is that when we watch together, we both laugh at very different things.  I believe the show has helped his comedic talents, as the kid has thrown out some funny one liners lately. Maybe watching Seth MacFarlane is training for a future career? I’ll keep telling myself just that so I don’t feel like a terrible parent.

Nothing new until next Wednesday when we open Gifted. Gifted is a cute little film that will make you smile starring Chris Evans (Captain America). There is an onslaught of new films coming so check our website for what we have our eyes on.

Secret Cinema is tonight and will be hosted by film writer John Monaghan. John has selected a 1930’s adventure romance that has been universally recognized as one of the best films of that decade. Lastly, I wanted to apologize that I got my clue wrong for last week’s film. I will assume you still enjoyed seeing GoodFellas on the big screen.

Now your moment of Zen
